Invoices are paid-off with the funds loaded into the Wallet, and will never directly charge a credit/debit card or ACH. What this means is, direct charges to credit/debit/ACH will ONLY occur when the ERO adds or loads funds to the Wallet balance. |
Follow the instructions below to successfully vault a credit/debit or ACH:
1. Access the Wallet: can be access via the Web Portal, CrossLink 1040, and CrossLink Online (CLO)
Web Portal: Click Support > Manage Payment Cards.
CrossLink 1040: Click Setup > Wallet Setup.

CrossLink Online: Click the profile drop-down menu > click Wallet Setup.

2. Enter an email address and click Update.

This will be where the invoices and important notifications are sent to. This is required and should not be skipped. |
3a. Select Add New Card and fill in the required information.

The address information required, is the exact address information that the Credit/Debit Card company has on file for the card being added. |

If the valid information was entered, the new card will be listed under the Payment Methods. It will be set as the Default Payment.
3b. Click Add New ACH and fill in the valid bank account information and Save ACH.

In order for the Wallet services to function, at least (1) credit/debit card must be vaulted. Even if the balance is not negative, a credit/debit card must be vaulted. |

An email will be sent out to the designated email address to capture the owner’s signature. ACH will now be listed in the Payment Methods tab, but cannot be used until the signature is captured. |
