Log in to CrossLink TaxProAlliance as a user with administrator rights.
From the top menu, select Setup → Office Setup.
Click on Email.
Under Mail Settings enter the Google Account email address and the App password that was created.
Click OK to close the save changes and close the setup screen.

For Crosslink TaxProAlliance 2021 and above, make sure the Server URL is set to smtp.gmail.com and the Server Port is set to 587. For Crosslink TaxProAlliance 2020 and below, these fields can be left blank. |
