Follow the instructions below to correctly complete SCH A:
Select Add Form.
Begin by typing A, into the search bar at the bottom of the All Forms and Schedules Menu.
- Select Form SCH A. Double
Locate SCH A, and double-click to add the form.
Complete the SCH A, filling in all applicable sections.
