Resetting Cloud Password Instructions

  1. Navigate to https://pwe.mytaxofficeonline.com/

  2. Enter your individual work email address in the Email field.

  3. Enter your current “cloud” cloud password in the Old password field (if you are a new hire and have never set up this password, use the old password listed in your welcome email).

  4. Enter a new password in the New password field.

  5. Confirm the new password in the Confirm field.

  6. Check the box to verify the reCAPTCHA.

  7. Click Submit.
