This article demonstrates how to create mailing labels for your customers in Microsoft.

  1. Obtain a Client List (Contact CTTS Support).

  2. Open Microsoft Word.

  3. Click on Mailings Start Mail Merge → Select Labels.

  4. Select Brand and Model of your labels → Select OK.

  5. Click Select Recipients from the menu items → Choose Existing List → Click Browse…

  6. Navigate to the location of the Client List from Step 1.

  7. Select Address Block from the menu items to verify the address is displayed correctly

    1. If it needs to be altered, use the Match Fields button to select the correct fields.

  8. Select Update Labels when ready.

  9. Click Finish & Merge → Select Print Documents → Select OK.

  10. Select your printer → Place your labels → Print.

Info

It is recommended to print labels on blank paper to ensure the text aligns properly on the mailing labels.
