The remote Signature feature allows the ERO to send a remote signature request to Taxpayer and/or Spouse when clients are not physically present in the office. This means that you can prepare the tax return for your clients and sign the documents utilizing a completely remote process.

Follow the instructions below to successfully view a list of Queued returns:

Method 1

  1. Click Status Summary List.

  2. Double-click on Queued for Transfer/Transmit.

  3. To print the list, press F8.

                          

Method 2

  1. Click Transmit to Central Site.

  2. Click Filter. The tax returns in queue are displayed.

  3. To print the list, press F8.
