This article demonstrates how to reset your Cloud Password (hosted only).
This password is NOT associated with CTTS University or the Customer Portal.
This password is located on the Windows Security screen as shown below.
Resetting Cloud Password Instructions
Navigate to https://pwe.mytaxofficeonline.com/
Enter your individual work email address in the Email field.
Enter your current cloud password in the Old password field (if you are a new hire and have never set up this password, use the old password listed in your welcome email).
Enter a new password in the New password field.
Confirm the new password in the Confirm field.
Check the box to verify the reCAPTCHA.
Click Submit.
If you are having issues resetting your password:
Ensure there are no spaces before or after the email address or password.
Ensure your password does not contain any part of your name.
Ensure your password meets the listed requirements.
Ensure you are entering the correct work email address.
