1040 - Enable/Disable MFA
Each login has its own Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) settings and runs independently from other logins. This article will demonstrate how to enable/disable the MFA setting in CrossLink 1040, once the user has logged in.
This MFA setting is not available in prior versions to CrossLink 2022.
Follow the instructions below to successfully enable/disable MFA:
1. Login to CrossLink 1040.
2. Click Utilities > User Preferences.
3. Click MFA.
4. Enter the Password for the current Login.
5. Enable/disable MFA by entering a checkmark for Opt into Multi Factor Authentication and click Ok.
