1040 - Specifying a Default Printer

This article demonstrates how to configure your printer(s) to print with CrossLink 1040.

By default, the program will print to the Windows default printer.

Follow the instructions below to successfully change the default printer:

1. Login with Admin Rights.

2. Click Setup > Printer Setup.

3. In the Tax Return drop-down list, select the printer to be used to print tax returns.

4. In the Check drop-down list, select the printer to be used to print checks.

5. In the Report drop-down list, select the printer to be used to print reports.

6. Click OK to save the changes.
