TaxPass - How to Generate a TaxPass ID/QR Code

This article demonstrates how to generate your TaxPass App ID/QR Code in order for your customers to link directly to your USERID.

Follow the instructions below to activate your TaxPass ID/QR Code for CrossLink 1040:

2. Click Support > Mobile Site Management.

3. Click the Green Plus icon to generate your QR Code/TaxPass ID.

You can also Add your logo and Edit your tax office contact info from this section.

Follow the instructions below to activate your TaxPass App ID/QR Code for CrossLink Online:

2. Click the Profile Menu.

3. Click Generate TaxPass ID from the Profile Menu, or (continue to Step 3).

3. Select Office Settings.

4. Select TaxPass Application.

5. Select Generate ID.

You can also add an email address to receive TaxPass notifications and upload a customized TaxPass App logo.
