1040 - Test Checks do not Print
If a test check is not printing from CrossLink 1040, the user may need to configure the software to use GDI Printing.
Follow the instructions below to successfully print a test check:
1. Click Check, Registers, and Activations on the WIP.
2. Select the Use GDI Printing check box at the top right of the screen.
This behavior can occur if the printer is not PCL 6 compatible.
