TaxPass - Retrieve Tax Returns in CrossLink 1040

Your customer started the tax return with TaxPass; you just need to finish it with CrossLink 1040.

Follow the instructions below to successfully retrieve a tax return started with TaxPass:

1. Click TaxPass Retrieval on the WIP.

CrossLink will connect/display any customers that have sent their tax return data with TaxPass.

2. Select the customer return to be retrieved on the Client List.

3. Click OK to open and finish their tax return.
