1040 - Test Checks do not Print

If a test check is not printing from CrossLink 1040, the user may need to configure the software to use GDI Printing.

 

Follow the instructions below to successfully print a test check:

1. Click Check, Registers and Activations on the WIP.

2. Select the Use GDI Printing check box at the top right of the screen.

🖐  Note: This behavior can occur if the printer is not PCL 6 compatible.
