Installation is complete, and by default, the “I would like to launch CrossLink 1040 TaxProAlliance ” is checked. Click the Finish button to continue to the Setup Screens.

If prior year CrossLink 1040 TaxPro Alliance is installed, the Path field will be detected and will be shown. If the path is incorrect it can be changed by clicking the ellipsis button (box with three dots) to the right of the path. Enter in the Prior Year Login and the associated Password. If for some reason you do not want to pull data from the prior year or there is no prior-year software installed, simply remove the Path, Prior Year Login and Password field.
To complete this screen enter in the User ID and Transmission Password then click the Next button to continue to Screen 2.
