Each login has its own Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) settings and runs independently from other logins. This article will demonstrate how to enable/disable the MFA setting in CrossLink 1040, once the user has logged in. |

Follow the instructions below to successfully enable/disable MFA:
1. Login to CrossLink 1040.
2. Click Utilities > User Preferences.
3. Click MFA.

4. Enter the Password for the current Login.
5. Enable/disable MFA by entering a checkmark for Opt into Multi Factor Authentication and click Ok.
