Completing Form SSA-1099
Select Add Form.
Locate and select highlight Form SSA-1099 in the All Forms & Schedules Menu. Double-click to add the form.
If a joint return, choose New Taxpayer's or New Spouse's Occurrence.
Complete the SSA-1099, filling in all applicable sections.
If the taxpayer has Medicare premiums deducted add all premiums together, enter them in the bottom left corner of the SSA-1099, and link to SCH A.
