This article describes what to do when the user attempts to retrieve or transfer returns and the |
Windows Open or Save dialog box does not appear. |

The software will automatically try to load or save from the location that has been set. In order to get the Load/Save dialog box to appear you will need to remove the Retrieval path and/or Transfer path. |
Follow the instructions below to successfully fix the dialog box not appearing:
Removing the Retrieval Path
Click Setup > Local Setup.
Locate the field next to Retrieval Path
Delete the value in the field.
Click OK.

Locate the field next to Transfer Path
Delete the value in the field.
Click OK.
