This article describes what to do when the user attempts to retrieve or transfer returns and the Windows Open or Save dialog box does not appear. |

The software will automatically try to load or save from the location that has been set. In order to get the Load/Save dialog box to appear you will need to remove the Retrieval path and/or Transfer path. |
Follow the instructions below to successfully fix the dialog box not appearing:

The next time you click on Transfer returns you will be prompted with the Save dialog box. |
