This article covers how to limit the number of pages printed when printing a tax return. There are 2 methods that can be used to do this:
Follow the instruction below to successfully reduce the number of pages printed:
Method 1 – Permanent solution
1. Click Setup > Printer Setup
2. Select 1040 Return Printing to select what documents are to be printed in the final printing.
🖐Note: Select the Bus. Return Printing tab to configure Business return printing.
3. Click OK to save selections.
Method 2 – Per return basis
1. Click Print > Return Components.
2. Select the component(s) to print.
3. Click OK to print the selected pages.
🖐Note: There is an additional option to Filter the components printed on the print dialog box.
