1040 - Using Bulletins

Throughout the tax season, Central Site will send urgent information via the Bulletins function. When a new bulletin is received, the Bulletins option in the Work In Progress (WIP) screen will be updated to indicate the number of bulletins unread. This article demonstrates how to use the Bulletins feature in the CrossLink 1040.
Follow the instructions below to successfully view the program's bulletins:
1. Click Bulletins (located on Work In Progress).
A list of all bulletins will display along with the delivery date of the bulletin, the subject of the bulletin and the status of whether the bulletin is new or saved.
2. Double-click a bulletin to view its contents.
To save, delete or print a bulletin, click the appropriate option from the Bulletin toolbar.
