If the computer/workstation is missing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86), then the following error may occur when attempting to transfer returns online.

Follow the instructions below to successfully resolve this error:

  1. Close CrossLink 1040.

  2. Download the package Microsoft VC++ 2010 Redistributable x86 and install.

  3. Login to CrossLink 1040 and retry.
