Tech Daily Things to Do

When You Get In:

  • Clock in at the beginning of your shift (Paylocity)

  • Open and log into Admin Tool

  • Log into the Dialpad Application and log into the phone queues (Available status)

  • Open Teams and join the existing group conversation

  • Log into the ConnectWise screen sharing application

  • Open the current year desktop software and apply updates

  • Open Outlook and check your emails

  • Login to JSM and review your assigned issues

  • Update yourself with current Announcements, Bulletins, and recent news

While You Are Here:

  • Take calls utilizing your resources (KB’s, existing tickets, Teams Chat, Support Leads)

  • Need a break? Please be cautious of the queue volume!

    • Take two 15 minute breaks per day (Break status)

    • Take one 30 minute lunch per day (Lunch status)

    • Got to go? Use the restroom by releasing from the queues (Personal status)

Before You Head Out:

  • Take yourself out of the phone queues on the Dialpad App (Off Duty status)

  • Shred any physical sensitive or confidential information printed

  • Resolve any JSM tickets as needed

  • Clock out at the end of your shift (Paylocity)
