    This article explains how to update EIN database information in CrossLink TaxProAlliance.

    To update EIN database information, follow these steps –

    1. Log in to CrossLink TaxProAlliance as a user with administrator rights.

    2. Open the Work In Progress Summary (WIP).

    3. From the top menu, select Database → Employers/Payers.

    4. Select the EIN to be changed.

    5. Click Edit.

    6. Make the necessary changes to the information displayed.

    7. Click Save to save the changes.

    To delete an EIN –

    1. Log in to CrossLink TaxProAlliance as a user with administrator rights.

    2. Open the Work In Progress Summary (WIP).

    3. From the top menu, select Database → Employers/Payers.

    4. Select the EIN to delete and then click Delete.

    5. On the Database Delete window, click Yes.
