This article demonstrates how to potentially fix a check not printing in CrossLink TaxProAlliance.
To workaround this issue, follow these steps –
Click Check, Registers, and Activations on the WIP .
Select the Use GDI Printing check box at the top right of the screen.
This behavior can occur if the printer is not PCL 6 compatible.
