The CrossLink software is assigned a unique identifier called User ID (UID). This UID can be located by utilizing your Cloud Client and/or Work In Progress (WIP) screen.

To locate your User ID, complete the following steps:

  1. Open the Cloud Client.


    NOTE: If the Cloud Client will not open, please email us at support@crosslinktaxtech.com for assistance.

  2. The User ID will be displayed on the left side of the Cloud Client.

  1. Login to the tax software.

  2. The User ID will be displayed on the left side of the Work In Progress Summary Page.
