How to Locate Your CrossLink User ID

This article demonstrates how to locate your CrossLink User ID for hosted, desktop, and CrossLink Online.


Locating your User ID Hosted

  1. Open the Cloud Client.
    NOTE: If the Cloud Client will not open, please email us at support@crosslinktaxtech.com for assistance.


  2. The User ID will be displayed on the left side of the Cloud Client.

Locating your User ID Desktop

  1. Login to the tax software.

  2. The User ID will be displayed on the top left side of the Work In Progress Summary Page.

Locating your User ID CrossLink Online


  1. Login to your tax software.

  2. Open the Profile Menu.

  3. The User ID will be displayed.
