Rule Text: For each child on Schedule EIC (Form 1040), ''QualifyingChildSSN'' and ''ChildBirthYr'' must match that in the e-File database.

In order to correct the error, reference the DataValue (this indicates what person or number the rejection is related to).

Possible Causes:

• The incorrect birthdate is entered.

• The dependent information is entered incorrectly, and the IRS is saying the birthdate is wrong because it thinks it is a different dependent.

Possible Resolutions:

• Correct the information that is entered incorrectly, resign, and resubmit the return.
